New Issue: Lloyds sells $1.5 billion 4.375% 10-year senior notes to yield Treasuries plus 160 bps

Knoxville, Tenn., March 15 – Lloyds Banking Group plc priced $1.5 billion of 4.375% 10-year senior notes (A3/BBB+/A+) on Thursday at Treasuries plus 160 basis points, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Pricing was at 99.647 to yield 4.419%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., Lloyds Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

The London bank and financial services group plans to use the proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes.
