Lloyds Bank pricing subordinated debt securities due 2026

New York, March 17 – Lloyds Bank plc is planning to price an offering of fixed-rate subordinated debt securities due 2026, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Lloyds Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The notes are guaranteed by Lloyds Banking Group plc.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The retail bank is based in London.
