Lloyds buys back $57.24 million of Bank of Scotland's perpetuals

Tacoma, Wash., July 14 - Lloyds Banking Group plc announced that $57.24 million principal amount of Bank of Scotland plc's perpetual floating-rate primary capital notes (ISIN GB0000765403) was repurchased on July 13.

The repurchase leaves $179.96 million principal amount of the notes outstanding.

Bank of Scotland issued $250 million of the notes in 1985.

Lloyds Banking Group provides banking and financial services and is based in London.
