Bank of Scotland calls £100 million 8.75% subordinated bonds

Los Angeles, July 18 – Bank of Scotland plc issued a notice of redemption for the £100 million 8.75% perpetual subordinated bonds (formerly Halifax PIBS) issued on Sept. 14, 1993 (ISIN: GB0000395102).

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 14 at par plus accrued interest.

The Law Debenture Trust Corp. plc is the trustee.

Bank of Scotland is a banking and financial services company based in Edinburgh and part of London-based Lloyds Banking Group plc.
