Bank of Scotland to redeem final £18.1 million 7.281% series B perpetuals

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 4 – Bank of Scotland plc will redeem the remaining £18,096,000 of its £150 million 7.281% series B perpetual regulatory tier one securities (ISIN: XS0125686229) on Feb. 3, according to a notice.

The bonds, originally issued Feb. 28, 2001, will be redeemed at a special redemption price plus any outstanding payments.

The special redemption price will be calculated three dealing days prior to the redemption date.

Bank of Scotland is a banking and financial services company based in Edinburgh and a subsidiary of London-based Lloyds Banking Group plc.
