Moody’s: LKQ ratings unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that the announcement by LKQ Corp.'s board of directors that it has approved a share repurchase program of up to $500 million is credit negative but does not impact the company's ratings.

The ratings include the Ba2 corporate family rating and the SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity rating.
