Fitch gives LKQ notes BBB-
Fitch Ratings said it rated LKQ Dutch Bond BV’s planned seven-year euro-denominated bonds BBB-. The issuer is a financing unit of LKQ Corp. The bonds will be guaranteed by LKQ and its domestic subsidiaries.
The agency rates LKQ and its senior unsecured debt at BBB-.
LKQ will use the proceeds to refinance debt.
The outlook is positive.
