Anfield Universal Fixed Income Fund discloses fees, ticker symbols

By Toni Weeks

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 14 - Two Roads Shared Trust gave details in an N-1A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission about its new investment-grade fund, the Anfield Universal Fixed Income Fund.

The fund will launch with class A, class A1, class C, class I and class R shares. The ticker symbols are "AFLEX," "AFLMX," "AFLKX," "AFLIX" and "AFLRX," respectively.

As previously noted, the fund will seek current income. Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets, including any borrowings for investment purposes, in a diversified portfolio of fixed-income instruments, with up to 30% of the assets invested in high-yield securities. The fund's average duration is expected to be from four to 10 years.

Benjamin Trosky and Cyrille Conseil will be the portfolio managers.

Shareholder fees will consist of a 5.75% sales load for class A and class A1 shares and a 1% deferred sales load for class A, class A1 and class C shares.

Including management fees of 1.15%, and taking into account the effects of an expense waiver agreement with the adviser, total annual fund operating expenses are expected to be 1.9% for class A shares, 2.05% for class A1 shares, 2.65% for class C shares, 1.65% for class I shares and 2.15% for class R shares.

Newport Beach, Calif.-based Belvedere Asset Management, LLC will be the investment adviser to the fund. Anfield Capital Management, LLC will be the subadviser.
