Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 4 - Anfield Nickel Corp. said it will conduct a C$15.68 million non-brokered private placement of stock.
The company will sell 5.6 million common shares at C$2.80 apiece.
Proceeds will be used to fund the exploration drill program and initial metallurgical and base line engineering studies at Anfield's Mayaniquel nickel laterite project in Guatemala and for general corporate purposes.
Anfield Nickel is a precious mineral exploration company based in Vancouver, B.C.
