Investor Michael Cohl cuts stake in Live Nation

Philadelphia, Jan. 20 - Investor Michael Cohl decreased his investment to less than 1% in Live Nation Inc. as of Jan. 20, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Cohl reported a passive stake of 0.074%, or 586,366 shares.

Those holdings are down from the passive stake of 1.25%, or 942,977 shares, that the investor reported on July 9, 2008, according to an SC 13G filing.

Live Nation is a Beverly Hills, Calif.-based live music company.
