Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 28 - Live Event Media Inc. settled a $100,000 private placement of stock on Nov. 21, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 200,000 common shares $0.50 per share.
The Costa Mesa, Calif., private company operates a global positioning system tracking business.
