Lithuania plans to hold auction on April 30 for green bonds due 2028

Olympia, Wash., April 20 – Lithuania is planning to sell green bonds due May 3, 2028 in an auction on April 30, according to a notice.

The coupon rate and volume of the issue will be set at the auction.

Auction participants can submit competitive and non-competitive bids. The maximum volume of non-competitive bids that may be submitted by one auction participant is €500,000.

The settlement date will be May 3.

Proceeds from the issue will be used to finance multi-apartment buildings modernization to help improve energy efficiency and reduce heating costs.
