New Issue: Lithuania prices €1.5 billion of notes in two tranches due 2025, 2035

Atlanta, Oct. 15 – Lithuania priced a €1.5 billion issue of notes in two parts due Oct. 22, 2025 and Oct. 22, 2035 (expected ratings: A3/A-/A-), a market source said.

The deal included €750 million of 1¼% notes due 2025 that priced at 98.923 to yield 1.366%, or mid-swaps plus 43 basis points.

The sovereign also sold €750 million of 2 1/8% notes due 2035 that priced at 99.469 to yield 2.158%, or mid-swaps plus 69 bps.

BNP Paribas, Barclays and HSBC were the bookrunners for the Regulation S transaction.
