New Issue: Lithuania sells LTL 60 million more 3.7% notes at 1.65% average yield

Madison, Wis., Aug. 11 – Lithuania auctioned LTL 60 million of additional 3.7% government securities due 2019 at a weighted average accepted yield of 1.658% in a reopening of the bonds on Monday, according to a government announcement.

The minimum offered yield was 1.65%, and the maximum accepted yield was 1.69%.

The securities have a face value of LTL 100 each.

The settlement date for the reopened securities will be Aug. 14.

The total amount of competitive bids was LTL 103.19 million, and the amount of non-competitive bids submitted was LTL 5,483,000.
