New Issue: Lithuania prices €500 million 3 3/8% 10-year notes to yield mid-swaps plus 135 bps

Atlanta, Jan. 15 - Lithuania sold €500 million 3 3/8% 10-year notes (Baa1/BBB/BBB+) at 99.292 to yield mid-swaps plus 135 basis points, a market source said.
The notes were talked at a spread in the 145 bps area.
Barclays and BNP Paribas are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
