Lithuania mandates two lead managers for dollar benchmark notes

Atlanta, Jan. 13 - The Republic of Lithuania has mandated Barclays Capital and BNP Paribas for a dollar-denominated issue of benchmark-sized notes, a market source said.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction is likely to come to the market following a roadshow in the United States and the United Kingdom.
