New Issue: Lithuania auctions €7 million notes due 2013 for 2.895% average yield

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 29 - The Republic of Lithuania auctioned €7 million of government securities due Jan. 30, 2013, according to a government announcement.

The securities have a face value of €100 each.

The weighted average accepted yield was 2.895%. The minimum offered yield was 2.85%, and the maximum accepted yield was 2.9%.

The total volume of bids received was €14.42 million, including €12.5 million of competitive bids and €1.92 million of non-competitive bids. The turnover was €6.72 million.
