New Issue: Lithuania prices $750 million 6 1/8% notes due 2021 to yield 6 3/8%

Atlanta, March 2 - The Republic of Lithuania priced $750 million 6 1/8% notes due March 9, 2021 (Baa1/BBB/BBB) at 98.172 to yield 6 3/8%, or Treasuries plus 294 basis points, a market source said.

Price talk was set at the 6½% area.

BNP Paribas and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
