Lithuania sets price talk for dollar-denominated benchmark notes

Atlanta, Nov. 8 - The Republic of Lithuania set price talk for its planned dollar-denominated offering of benchmark-sized notes (Baa1/BBB/BBB) at the Treasuries plus 400 basis points area, a market source said.

JPMorgan and UBS are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
