New Issue: Lithuania prices $750 million 5 1/8% bonds due 2017 to yield Treasuries plus 320 bps

Atlanta, Sept. 7 - Lithuania priced $750 million 5 1/8% bonds due Sept. 14, 2017 at 99.281 to yield 5.249%, or Treasuries plus 320 basis points, a market source said.

Barclays Capital, HSBC and RBS were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction, which was marketed on a European roadshow that started Aug. 30.
