Chicago, June 7 – The Republic of Lithuania (A2/A+/A) priced €1.25 billion of 3 7/8% bonds due 2033, according to a source regarding the Wednesday deal.
The bonds priced at 99.366 to yield 3.953%, or at mid-swaps plus 95 basis points.
Initial price talk was in the mid-swaps plus 115 bps area.
Citigroup (billing and delivery) and Societe Generale were the bookrunners.
The order book was over €4.5 billion.
Proceeds will be used for general budgetary purposes.
