Lithuania to sell add-on 2 1/8% notes due 2032, new notes due 2028

Los Angeles, Oct. 18 – The Republic of Lithuania is planning two euro-denominated benchmark offerings: an increase to its 2 1/8% senior notes due June 1, 2032 and new senior notes due April 25, 2028, according to a notice filed with the London Stock Exchange.

Deutsche Bank will act as manager for both offerings.
