Concord, N.H., May 27 – The Republic of Lithuania priced €650 million 2 1/8% notes due June 1, 2032 at 98.698, according to Lithuania’s ministry of finance and a syndicate source.
The pricing means the bonds will yield 2.272%, or mid-swaps plus 60 basis points.
Barclays and BNP Paribas were bookrunners of the Regulation S deal for which orderbooks closed in excess of €820 million, including €50 million of joint lead manager interest.
