Lithuania guides €650 million offering of 10-year notes to yield mid-swaps plus 60 bps area

Concord, N.H., May 25 – The Republic of Lithuania guided pricing of a euro-denominated 10-year benchmark offering of notes to yield in the area of mid-swaps plus 60 basis points, according to a syndicate source early Wednesday.

The deal size was set at €650 million after orderbooks closed in excess of €820 million, including €50 million of joint lead manager interest.

The bookrunners of the Regulation S deal are Barclays and BNP Paribas.
