Lithuania offers euro-denominated notes due 2051

Concord, N.H., July 8 – The Republic of Lithuania is offering euro-denominated 30-year notes, which will have a fixed rate, according to a London Stock Exchange notice on Thursday.

J.P. Morgan AG and Goldman Sachs bank Europe SE are managers of the Regulation S deal.
