Lithuania sets pricing for euro-denominated benchmark 30-year notes at mid-swaps plus 65 bps

New York, July 21 – The Republic of Lithuania set the yield spread for a euro-denominated 30-year benchmark offering of notes at mid-swaps plus 65 basis points, according to a market source on Tuesday.

The spread was tightened from early guidance of mid-swaps plus 80 bps to 85 bps.

The order book stood in excess of €6 billion at the tight end of guidance.

BNP Paribas (billing and delivery), Citigroup and Erste Group are lead managers and bookrunners of the Regulation S deal.
