Indonesia-based Lippo Karawaci’s Theta unit calls 7% notes due 2022

Los Angeles, Jan. 30 – Theta Capital Pte. Ltd. issued a notice of redemption for its $409.3 million 7% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1054375446) guaranteed by parent company PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk., according to a notice.

Theta Capital will redeem $310 million of the outstanding notes on Feb. 24 at 101.75 plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

DB Trustees (Hong Kong) Ltd. is the trustee.

The issuer is a Tangerang, Indonesia-based residential and commercial urban developer.
