By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 21 – Indonesia’s PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. said it plans to redeem its bonds due 2022 using proceeds from a new $325 million 8 1/8% five-year bond and a new facility, according to a press release.

The company said it is in the final stages of securing the facility, which will refinance the remaining $100 million in bonds not repaid via the new notes.

The issuer is a Tangerang, Indonesia-based residential and commercial urban developer.
