Lippo’s Theta unit set to redeem $75 million 9 5/8% notes due 2020

Olympia, Wash., July 5 – Indonesia’s PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. subsidiary Theta Capital Pte. Ltd. plans to redeem all of its $75 million 9 5/8% notes due 2020, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 5 at 103.2 plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

The issuer is a Tangerang, Indonesia-based residential and commercial urban developer.
