Fitch rates Samator Indo Gas sukuk A

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A(idn) national long-term rating to PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk.'s (formerly PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk.) planned rupiah-denominated sukuk and bonds.

“The proposed issuance is rated at the same level as Samator Indo Gas's national long-term rating because the notes will represent the issuer's senior unsecured obligations,” Fitch said in a statement.

Samator Indo Gas plans to issue sukuk programs of up to Rp. 1.25 trillion and bond programs of up to Rp. 750 billion.

Samator plans to sell up to Rp. 70 billion of sukuks and Rp. 70 billion of bonds under the programs and use the proceeds for capital expenditures and refinancing debt.

The outlook is stable.
