Fitch lifts Aneka Gas
Fitch Ratings said it raised Aneka Gas Industri's national long-term rating to A(idn) from A-(idn). The agency also upgraded the ratings on all of Aneka Gas' outstanding Indonesian rupiah bonds and sukuk programs and issuance to A(idn) from A-(idn).
“The upgrade reflects our expectation that net debt/EBITDA leverage will decrease to 3.4x in 2022 (2021: 3.5x), below our positive sensitivity, supported by growing EBITDA generation and moderating capex. We believe capex will fall to less than Rp 500 billion as large capex in 2021 should provide extra headroom for production capacity,” Fitch said in a press release.
The outlook is stable.
