Company sells 2.5 million common shares on a self-underwritten basis

Knoxville, Tenn., June 6 - Andy Business Conglomerate, USA priced a $1.25 million initial public offering of stock in a Form S-1 filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell 2.5 million common shares at $0.50 apiece on a self-underwritten, best-efforts basis.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including property acquisition, personnel wages and working capital.
The Las Vegas company offers consulting services to corporations with marketing and business development needs.
