S&P gives AAA/A-1+ to Lincoln Center bonds

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AAA/A-1+ rating to the $151.25 million series 2008A refunding revenue bonds issued by the Trust for Cultural Resources of the City of New York on behalf of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. The outlook is stable.

The rating is based on unspecified liquidity support; S&P also assigned an A+ underlying rating to the bonds.

Proceeds will be used to refund the center's series 2006A auction-rate bonds.
