City of Lima plans Peruvian sole notes worth $500 million by 2013

Atlanta, Dec. 8 - The City of Lima in Peru is planning an issue of Peruvian sole-denominated notes worth $500 million by 2013, a market source said.

The notes are expected to mature in 10 to 20 years.

Proceeds will be used to fund infrastructure projects.
