Deal sells 5 million common shares at $0.32 per share to Kent Campbell

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 27 - LILM, Inc. settled a $1.6 million private placement of stock with Kent Campbell on Sept. 26, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 5 million restricted common shares at $0.32 per share. The price per share is a 57.33% discount to the Sept. 25 closing share price of $0.75.
The Salt Lake City company makes and markets the LiL Marc, a plastic boys toilet-training device constructed of white polyethylene plastic having the appearance of white porcelain.
