Moody’s lowers Light outlook to stable

Moody’s Investors Service said it revised its outlook for Light SA and its subsidiaries Light Servicos de Eletricidade SA and Light Energia SA to stable from positive. The agency also affirmed the companies’ Ba3 ratings.

“The stable outlook incorporates Moody's expectations that Light's consolidated credit metrics and liquidity profile will remain adequately positioned for its rating category over the next 12-18 months,” the agency said in a press release.
