New Issue: India’s Andhra Bank issues Rs. 5 billion 9.2% perpetual tier 1 bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 1 – Andhra Bank informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it issued Rs. 5 billion of 9.2% unsecured nonconvertible Basel 3 complaint tier 1 capital perpetual debt bonds, series IV, according to a notice.

The issue opened for subscription, closed and was allotted on Oct. 31.

The bank is based in Hyderabad, India.
