New Issue: India’s Andhra Bank issues Rs. 10 billion 8.65% 10-year tier 2 bonds

Norfolk, Va., June 28 – Andhra Bank informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it issued Rs. 10 billion of 8.65% 10-year nonconvertible redeemable Basel III-compliant tier 2 bonds, series C, according to a notice.

The notes are callable after five years.

The issue was open for subscription from June 22 to June 27, with an allotment date of June 27.

The bank is based in Hyderabad, India.
