Life Care St. Johns three-member unsecured creditors committee named

Pittsburgh, July 29 - Life Care St. Johns, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by acting Region 21 U.S. trustee Guy G. Gebhardt, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

The committee members are William K. Rigg of St. Augustine, Fla., representing the estate of Eliza S. Rigg; James Taylor of Cranford, N.J., representing Mary Taylor; and Kramer Upchurch of St. Augustine, Fla., representing Frank and Tis Upchurch.

Not-for-profit Life Care St. Johns is based in St. Augustine, Fla. It filed for bankruptcy on July 3 under Chapter 11 case number 13-04158.
