Latvia's Liepajas Metalurgs' administrator files insolvency proceeding

Pittsburgh, Nov. 4 - JSC Liepajas Metalurgs' legal protection proceedings administrator Haralds Velmers began insolvency proceedings for the company on Monday, according to a news release.

In addition, the legal protection proceedings were discontinued.

These actions must be adopted by the court within 14 days, according to the release.

Liepajas is a Riga, Latvia, rolled steel producer.
