Andersons gets $358 million short-term note due March 2022

Concord, N.H., May 11 – Andersons, Inc. completed a third amendment to its credit agreement with U.S. Bank NA is the administrative agent on May 6, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amendment provides for a short term note of about $358 million that will be due on March 31, 2022.

The term note will bear interest at variable rates, which are based on Libor plus an applicable spread. There are no principal payments prior to the maturity date.

Andersons is a Maumee, Ohio-based diversified company with interests in the grain, ethanol and plant nutrient sectors as well as in railcar leasing and repair, turf products production and general merchandise retailing.
