Chicago, June 16 - Barclays Bank plc priced $1.65 million of capped and floored floating-rate notes due June 20, 2016, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will be equal to Libor plus a spread of 75 basis points, subject to a maximum rate of 6.5% and a minimum rate of 1.75%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
