New Issue: Barclays prices $1 million Libor fixed/floating-rate notes due 2020

New York, Oct. 28 - Barclays Bank plc priced $1 million of fixed- to floating-rate notes due Nov. 24, 2020 linked to Libor, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly and will be fixed at 7.25% for the first year. Thereafter, interest will accrue at Libor plus a spread of 100 basis points, capped at 7%.
The payout at maturity will be par.
