By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, April 28 - The Liberty Public School District No. 53 in Missouri intends to price $58 million in general obligation bonds this week, a calendar of upcoming deals said Monday.

The exact pricing date could not be determined by press time Monday.

The bonds will be sold on a negotiated basis with George K. Baum as the lead manager.

Proceeds from the sale will be used for the first phase of construction on a second high school for the district, for the purchase of an early childhood center, for improvements at the district's first high school and for security and technology upgrades.
