Liberty Mutual plans note offering to price May 19 week

Omaha, May 16 - Liberty Mutual plans to issue notes during the May 19 week, a market source said Friday.

Bookrunners for the offering are Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Banc of America Securities LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.

The insurance company is based in Boston.
