Moody’s: Libbey unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said that Libbey Glass Inc.'s (B1/stable) announcement of a dividend initiation, increased share repurchase program and increased interest in leveraging acquisitions at its recent investor day is a credit negative but has no impact on the company's ratings or outlook.
