LG. Philips Displays USA posts $11.39 million May net loss before reorganization items

Pittsburgh, June 28 - LG. Philips Displays USA, Inc. reported an $11.39 million net loss before reorganization items for May on revenues of $2.41 million, according to its monthly operating report filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The figures show a decline from a $4.27 million net loss before reorganization items in April on $16.18 million in revenues.

The net loss for May was $11.95 million, up from a $4.85 million April net loss.

Cash on May 26 was $7.45 million, compared with $1.63 million at the end of April.

LG. Philips Displays USA, a San Diego-based producer of TV and computer monitor tubes, filed for bankruptcy on March 15. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-10245.
