New Issue: LGC Skyrota aims to pocket C$5 million via private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 25 - LGC Skyrota Wind Energy Corp. said it has arranged a C$5 million non-brokered private placement of units.

The company will sell 58,823,530 units of one common share and one half-share warrant at C$0.085 each. The whole warrants are exercisable at C$0.125 for two years.

Proceeds will be used for acquisitions, working capital and general corporate purposes.

Vancouver, B.C.-based LGC focuses on exploring mineral properties and investigating other possible acquisitions, and business opportunities.
