Korea's LG Caltex Oil to roadshow $300 million 10-year notes starting Monday

New York, July 15 - LG Caltex Oil Corp. will start the roadshow for an offering of $300 million 10-year notes (Baa2/BBB) on Monday, according to a market source.

The roadshow will kick off Monday in Hong Kong and Singapore, then follow with stops in Boston and New York on Tuesday.

The notes will be sold as bullets.

Deutsche Bank, Banc of America and Citigroup are running the books for the Rule 144A/Regulation S deal for the Korean petroleum refining company.
