New Issue: Lexington-Fayette Urban County, Ky., sells $55.93 million of G.O. bonds

New York, April 23 - The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government of Kentucky sold $55,925,000 of series 2014A various purpose general obligation refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa2/AA/) were sold competitively. The issuer did not immediately respond to requests for the winning bidder Wednesday.

The bonds are due 2014 to 2030 with 3% to 5% coupons and 0.15% to 3.34% yields.

Proceeds will be used to refund the government's series 2010A public project Build America Bonds.
